These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") constitute a legally binding agreement between you ("the Player", "you") and 56mvp ("we", "us", "the Platform"). They govern your access to and use of all services offered through the 56mvp website, including sports betting, online casino, live casino, fishing games, baccarat and all other gaming products made available now or in the future.
56mvp operates as an online entertainment platform offering betting and gaming services. By creating an account, making a deposit, placing a bet or accessing any game on 56mvp, you acknowledge that you have read and accepted these Terms in their entirety. These Terms should be read alongside our Privacy Policy and Responsible Gaming policy, both of which form part of the overall agreement between you and 56mvp.
Age Requirement: 56mvp strictly enforces an 18+ age policy. Using this platform if you are under 18 years of age is a serious violation of these Terms and may constitute a criminal offence under the laws of your jurisdiction. 56mvp cooperates fully with any authority investigating underage access to gambling services.
To open and use a 56mvp account you must meet all of the following requirements at all times:
56mvp reserves the right to verify eligibility at any point. If verification reveals that a player does not meet eligibility requirements, 56mvp may suspend or permanently close the account and withhold any associated balances pending investigation.
To register on 56mvp you must provide accurate, complete and up-to-date personal information including your full legal name, date of birth, mobile number and payment account details. Providing false information is a material breach of these Terms and may result in account closure and forfeiture of any balance.
Each individual may only hold one active account on 56mvp. Duplicate accounts — whether using the same or different personal details — will be merged or permanently closed at 56mvp's sole discretion. Bonuses obtained through duplicate accounts will be voided and any associated winnings forfeited.
56mvp may require you to complete identity verification (Know Your Customer, or KYC) at any point — typically upon first withdrawal or when account activity triggers a review. You will be asked to provide a copy of your CNIC (Computerised National Identity Card). KYC documents are processed in accordance with our Privacy Policy. Failure to complete KYC within a reasonable timeframe may result in your account being suspended until verification is complete.
You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials. 56mvp recommends using a strong, unique password and enabling OTP two-step verification. You must notify 56mvp immediately at support@56mvp.bet if you suspect unauthorised access to your account. 56mvp will not be liable for losses resulting from your failure to secure your account credentials.
Keep your credentials private. 56mvp staff will never ask for your password. Any request for your password — by email, chat or any other method — should be treated as a phishing attempt and reported immediately.
All transactions on 56mvp are conducted exclusively in Pakistani Rupees (PKR). No currency conversion is applied by 56mvp at any stage of the deposit or withdrawal process. The balance displayed in your account at all times reflects PKR.
56mvp currently accepts deposits and processes withdrawals via the following methods: Easypaisa, JazzCash, NayaPay, SadaPay, IBFT bank transfer and Pakistani-issued Visa/Mastercard debit or credit cards. Withdrawals must be made to the same payment method used for the most recent deposit. This policy exists to protect against unauthorised access to player funds. Processing times are: Easypaisa/JazzCash 3–5 minutes; NayaPay/SadaPay 5–10 minutes; IBFT 2–6 hours; Visa/Mastercard 1–3 business days. 56mvp charges no withdrawal fees. Players are responsible for any fees their own bank or wallet provider may charge.
Players may cancel a pending withdrawal request before it is processed, at which point the funds are returned to their 56mvp account balance. Once a withdrawal has been processed and dispatched by 56mvp, it cannot be cancelled or reversed by either party.
Anti-Money Laundering: 56mvp monitors all transactions for signs of money laundering. Any player whose transaction activity raises AML concerns will have their account suspended pending investigation. 56mvp is obligated to report suspicious transactions to relevant authorities.
All bonuses, free bets, cashback offers and promotions offered by 56mvp are subject to wagering requirements and specific terms. These are communicated at the point of offer. In accepting any bonus, you agree to the associated terms. Attempting to withdraw bonus funds before wagering requirements have been met will result in the bonus and any associated winnings being forfeited.
The 56mvp welcome bonus is available to new players on their first qualifying deposit only. The bonus is credited automatically upon first deposit above the stated minimum. Wagering requirements, eligible games, minimum odds and time limits are stated in the welcome bonus terms available at the time of registration. 56mvp reserves the right to modify or withdraw the welcome bonus at any time for new registrations.
56mvp monitors bonus activity for patterns consistent with abuse, including but not limited to: opening multiple accounts to claim the same bonus, placing low-risk offsetting bets to extract bonus value, or systematically withdrawing immediately after meeting minimum wagering requirements using only high-RTP games. Any account found to be abusing bonuses will have associated bonuses and winnings voided and may be permanently suspended.
All bonuses credited to a 56mvp account carry an expiry date. If wagering requirements are not met and the bonus is not fully wagered before expiry, the remaining bonus balance and any associated winnings will be forfeited automatically. Expired bonuses cannot be reinstated.
A bet on 56mvp is confirmed and final at the moment you click "Confirm" on the bet slip and receive a confirmation message with a bet reference number. Bets cannot be cancelled or amended after confirmation. It is your responsibility to verify that your bet slip is correct — including selection, odds and stake amount — before confirming.
56mvp takes all reasonable steps to ensure that odds displayed are accurate. However, in the event of a manifest error where odds are clearly wrong — for example, a team shown at 100.00 due to a technical fault — 56mvp reserves the right to void affected bets at the correct odds. The threshold for a "manifest error" is determined at 56mvp's reasonable discretion.
Maximum bet limits vary by sport, market, event and account type. The maximum allowed stake for any selection is displayed on the bet slip before confirmation. 56mvp reserves the right to apply individual maximum limits to specific accounts without prior notice, particularly in cases where consistent winning patterns suggest professional or syndicated betting activity.
A bet will be voided and the stake returned in the following circumstances: the event is abandoned or postponed and not rescheduled within the settlement window; a manifest error in odds is identified; an event is deemed to have involved match-fixing or corruption; or a player is confirmed as ineligible for the event in question.
Live in-play betting markets on 56mvp are subject to a brief processing delay between the real-world event and odds updates on the platform. Bets placed during this window are subject to confirmation at final accepted odds. 56mvp reserves the right to suspend in-play betting on any market at any time without notice.
All casino games on 56mvp — including live dealer tables, baccarat, slots, fishing games and any other titles — are governed by the rules of the individual game as displayed within the game interface. In the event of a conflict between a game's displayed rules and these Terms, these Terms take precedence.
Casino game outcomes on 56mvp are determined by certified Random Number Generator (RNG) software or by physical game mechanics in the case of live dealer titles. 56mvp does not manipulate game outcomes. Published Return to Player (RTP) percentages are indicative of long-term theoretical returns and do not guarantee individual session outcomes.
Game Interruption: If a game is interrupted due to a technical fault before a result is determined, 56mvp will investigate using server logs. If the interruption is verified as a platform-side fault, any stake not yet settled will be returned to your account. Bets that have already been settled before the interruption stand as settled.
The following activities are strictly prohibited on 56mvp and will result in account suspension, permanent closure and potential legal action:
Match Fixing: Betting on events where you have any role in, or foreknowledge of, the outcome is strictly prohibited. 56mvp cooperates with sporting bodies, law enforcement and integrity monitoring organisations to detect and report match-fixing related activity.
You may request closure of your 56mvp account at any time by contacting our support team at support@56mvp.bet. Any remaining real-money balance will be returned to your registered withdrawal method following standard processing times, provided all wagering requirements on active bonuses have been met. Bonus balances that have not met their wagering requirements will be forfeited upon account closure.
56mvp reserves the right to suspend or permanently close any account at any time and without prior notice in the following circumstances: breach of any clause in these Terms; suspected fraud, money laundering or other illegal activity; failure to complete KYC within a reasonable timeframe; verification that a player is under 18 years of age; or a self-exclusion request. In the event of closure due to breach of Terms, any remaining balance may be withheld pending investigation.
An account is considered dormant after 12 consecutive calendar months of inactivity (no login, deposit, withdrawal, bet or game round). 56mvp may begin deducting a monthly inactivity maintenance fee from dormant accounts after this period. Players will receive advance notice by email. Logging in reactivates the account and ends the inactivity period immediately.
56mvp collects, stores and processes personal data in accordance with our Privacy Policy. By registering on 56mvp you consent to the collection and use of your data as described in that policy. In summary: we use your data to operate your account, process transactions, comply with legal and regulatory obligations, and improve the platform. We do not sell personal data to third parties for marketing purposes.

Force Majeure: 56mvp will not be in breach of these Terms if performance is prevented or delayed by circumstances beyond our reasonable control, including but not limited to: internet infrastructure failures, power outages, natural disasters, regulatory actions or third-party service provider failures.
56mvp reserves the right to amend these Terms at any time. When material changes are made, 56mvp will notify registered players via email and/or a prominent notice on the platform at least 7 days before the changes take effect. Continued use of 56mvp after the effective date of an amendment constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
Minor amendments — including corrections to typographical errors, formatting changes or updates that do not materially affect player rights — may be made without prior notice. The "Last Updated" date at the top of this page reflects the date of the most recent revision. It is your responsibility to review this page periodically to stay informed of any changes.

These Terms are written in English and, in the event of any inconsistency between a translated version and the English original, the English version shall take precedence.
